ilovephoto.in provides a free, browser-based photo conversion tool for Indian government forms. The Service processes images entirely client-side using JavaScript and the HTML5 Canvas API. No images are uploaded to any server.

Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or overload the Service
• Upload or process images that violate any third-party rights

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by ilovephoto.in and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the photo specifications provided through our presets. Preset specifications are based on commonly published guidelines; always verify the latest requirements from official government portals before submission.

Limitation of Liability

ilovephoto.in shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to application rejections due to photo specifications.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
